This page is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more! Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.

Check-in time is 4PM (or anytime after) unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.

ARRIVING:
When arriving at 4521 Woodhaven Dr:

Simply park your vehicle in the driveway or along the road in front of the house. When you get to the front door of the house, we have an electronic lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus! To gain entry to the house, simply enter your door code that we sent you and the lock will open.

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.

To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.

Check Out Procedure:
1)Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
2) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
3) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the front door as you depart.

House rules:
1. If we have to move furniture back to its original position after your stay, we will have to charge $50 per hour to do so. Please just move the furniture back before your departure.
2. No smoking/vaping inside the home. Outside is okay as long as you clean up after yourself and you keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smell is extremely difficult and expensive to remove. Smoking Fee starts at $500 and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell.
3. Absolutely no parties allowed in the home.
4. Quiet time is between 10PM and 8AM to respect neighbors and the area. No loud music/shouting etc. after this time.
5. Early check-ins will have a fee associated. Typically $30-50, but may be more depending on how early you want to check in.
6. We cannot offer late checkout at our properties. Checkout time is set to be the latest possible that will still allow our cleaning company time to get the property ready for the next check-in time. Unapproved late checkout fee is $50 for every 30 minutes, plus any refunds/charges that the next guest occurs due to your late checkout.

Driveway and street parking are available at the home, there is plenty of space, so it shouldnt be difficult to find a spot for your vehicles during your stay. The garage is not large enough and has obstructions, so we are not allowing garage parking to ensure safety.

Our suite comes with 4 bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queens upstairs. The downstairs living room/bedroom has 2 bunk beds, one bed has 2 twins, the other has a full size bed on the bottom and twin on top. We also have a couple couches that can be used if you prefer to spread out more!

We have an outdoor propane grill at the property for you to use! Please let us know if propane is getting low or runs out so we can try to replace it asap! Or if you have a vehicle and can swap it at a nearby gas station, we are happy to reimburse you for the cost.

We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.

Please note garbage day is every Friday morning and to please take garbage cans out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day.

This property is equipped with roku’s in the TVs for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows. Make sure to log out of your streaming services before you leave. (we will remind you again in the checkout instructions.

We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the basement towards the back. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
 
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
 
Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
 
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
