Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 3115 Wild Cherry Ridge, you will find a 2 story house with tan siding.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house (driveway or street) and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room/bedrooms.
2) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are either outside or in the garage.
4) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
5) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well driveway or garage if you wish. The garage will need to be opened from the inside each time as we do not provide a garage door opener at this home.
Our house comes with 4 bedrooms – 1 King and 2 queen beds, 2 full bunk beds (which could fit 8 total people) as well as 2 large sofas if you decide to have someone sleep there.
The hot tub is open year round. Our maintenance cleans and checks chemicals in this frequently as well.
The pool is opened in the 3rd week of May each year and will be open until the end of September. We have our maintenance team clean it and check chemicals frequently for this. Our pool/spa company comes by once per week to clean and sanitize and ensure everything is working properly. This is typically on Thursday or Fridays, so be aware they may come by while youre there, but they are usually quick.
Also keep in mind, the pool will likely get leaves/small animals in it during your stay. Frogs are super common, just use the net to get them out when youre able to.
We do have a pool heater at the property! This is offered at an additional $20 per day if you’d like to use this and the sauna. Please reach out to us to add on the pool heater before your stay so we can send you specific instructions on how to use it.
If the pool heater is used without communication with us first, an additional $40 per day will be charged. Please just ask us first, we have energy usage alerts set, so we will know when its turned on.
We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Tuesday morning. Please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day.
To lock the back door, you will first shut it all the way. Then pull up on the handle until it clicks and activates the locking mechanism. At this point, you can lock/unlock the deadbolt.

This property is equipped with smart TVs for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows.
Our lawn care comes by weekly, they don’t have a set time of day, but when they come they are quick to be done and out of your way!
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

Mail/Packages While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times. For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option. Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you. Items Left Behind In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items. We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
