Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 2624 S Virgina Ave, you will find a house with tan siding and a red door.
Simply park your vehicle in the driveway next to the house in front of the fence and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room/bedrooms.
2) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are either outside or in the garage.
4) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
5) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free parking on the driveway next to the home, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).
We have an EV Charger at the property for $5 per day usage. Please message us ahead of time so we can collect payment and turn it on for you! Once it is turned on, you can just plug in and it will start charging.
Our suite comes with 2 bedrooms – both equipped with queen beds, and a good sized couch in the living room if you want an additional sleeping space.
We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Reds on top, Whites on the bottom of the wine fridge for the best results. This is located in the kitchen island opposite the fridge.
The microwave is located in the kitchen island on the far side near the sink.
Please note garbage day is every Thursday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day please.
This property is equipped with smart Tvs in the living room and furthest bedroom. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login to your service for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
The sliding glass door has 2 locks on it. The first is standard by the handle. The second is at the top of the door on the left side. You will see a key there, this needs turned so that you can pull down the lever on the lock to unlock it.
Our lawn care company comes by Friday mornings/early afternoon. They are quick to mow and be out of your way.

We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are upstairs in the closet next to the farthest bedroom and full bath. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from
the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
