Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 2416 East Tiger Lily Drive, you will find a house with white/gray siding and garage, and a large tree to the left of the driveway.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house (driveway or street) and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

PARKING:
There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as a driveway, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).
SLEEPING:
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms – Equipped 3 queen beds and 2 futon couches.
USE OF FUTONS: To lay the Futons back, you first need to unzip the back and pull out the brace legs to ensure there is enough stability and avoid breaking the couches. You will then push the backs forward to unlock them, and they will then lay all the way back. Extra blankets/pillows are in the coat closet at the front for use with the futons. If you use these please don’t put them back as our cleaners will need to know to wash them.
WASHING MACHINE & DRYER:
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the front next to the master and garage. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL:
Please note garbage day is every Thursday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bins out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day please.
TV:
This property is equipped with full Hulu, Disney and ESPN streaming. Simply press one of the apps on the tv for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
FIRE PIT:
For liability reasons, we cannot provide fire wood for the fire pit, however there is a Home Depot that normally has plenty on hand for only a few dollars. Please make sure to use caution when using the fire pit and keep the flames smaller in order to avoid any potential disasters. Utensils for the fire pit will be kept in the garage on one of the shelves, please return these to their spot when you are done with them.
POOL TABLE:
Pool cues are not cheap and if broken will need replaced at a cost of $80 each. Damage to the pool table itself causing any needed repairs can cost up to $800, so please be kind to our table.
LAWN CARE:
Our lawn care company comes by Friday mornings/early afternoon. They are quick to mow and be out of your way.
HOT TUB:
The hot tub is yours to enjoy during your stay! Hot tub maintenance comes by Fridays to clean and make sure the chemicals and PH balance are correct. Please let us know if anything looks off with it, or if it needs additional cleaning. We have our cleaning crew check this after every guest as well.
