Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 2646 W snyder st, you will find a two story, single-family home with white siding.
You are welcome to park in the driveway, in the garage or there is free street parking. Please do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. There is no garage door opener and we do not provide a code for the keypad. If you wish to use the garage you will need to manually shut and and open it.
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
4) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
5) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.
6) Being that this is a pet friendly home, be sure to pick up any of your pet waste in the yard so that future guests do not have to deal with these. Failure to do this will be a fee of $80 to have us do it for you. This is not included in your reservation as we do not charge extra for you to bring your pets.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

Our home comes with 3 bedrooms – 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, and a full sized bunk bed. We also have a couch in the living room you’re welcome to use.
We have both Keurig style and traditional drip coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Wednesday morning. Please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The garbage cans are just behind the fence next to the garage.
The outdoor fire pit is a gas fire pit. Here are the instructions:
1. Grab the long lighter out of the drawer in the kitchen closest to the dining table (please return it here when done).
2. Go to the fire pit outside, where you will see a gas valve sticking out.
3. Light the lighter just above the glass rocks where the fire will be.
4. Turn the gas valve to open, and the lighter should light it. Make sure if it doesn’t light right away, turn the gas off and start over, otherwise you may have too much initial flame with gas running for too long.
5. Make sure when you are done, you turn the firepit off by closing the same gas valve you used to turn it on.
This property is equipped with full smart TV in the living room and master. Simply press one of the apps on the TV and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live TV option through Roku TV, and access hundreds of Channels.
Our lawn care company comes by Thursday mornings/early afternoon.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry and detergent to all of our guests. The washer and dryer are next to the garage and kitchen.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
