We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.

  • Check-In any time after 4 pm

When arriving at 11163 W Silver River lp, you will find a house with brown siding and a white garage door.

Simply park your vehicle either in the driveway or directly in front of the home on the street. Please do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. We have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay. 

To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!

PLEASE NOTE:

-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.

-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.

To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.

Check Out Procedure:
1) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
2) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are outside
3) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
4) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
5) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected.  We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as the driveway

Our home comes with 3 bedrooms – 1 King, 1 Queen bed, 2 Full bunk beds, and a Futon if you need extra sleeping space.

The hot tub has a control panel on the left side as you get in that controls heat, jets and lights. You can turn on jets 1 and 2 with 2 power settings, then to add more power, there are 3 dials located around the edges of the tub that twist and open the valves more.

Hot Tub maintenance comes by every Monday to sanitize the water and check acidity levels. Sometimes you may see some discoloration for a short time after they were there. This would be due to the chemicals they added to balance the PH.

We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.

Please note garbage day is every Thursday morning. Please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day.

For liability reasons, we cannot provide fire wood for the fire pit, however there is a Home Depot and a few gas stations nearby that normally have plenty on hand for only a few dollars. Please make sure to use caution when using the fire pit and keep the flames smaller in order to avoid any potential disasters. Utensils for the fire pit will be kept in the pantry on one of the shelves, please return these to their spot when you are done with them.

This property is equipped with smart TVs for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows.

Our lawn care company comes by Mondays. 

We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are next to the garage. We provide detergent for this so you dont have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
 
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
 
Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
 
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
