We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.

Check-in time is 5PM unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.

ARRIVING:
When arriving at 628 Ruby Street youll see the red brick condominiums in the listing photos. We have 2 assigned spaces, so feel free to park and head up to condo A-4.

Once at the condo, we have an electronic lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!

To use the deadbolt door lock, youll type in the code 3792 and then click and hold the top button for about 5 seconds. Youll hear the door unlock at this time. It is a little sticky depending on time of year with the door shifting in different temps, so please be patient with it and let us know if you have any questions!

Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room/bedrooms.
2) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
3) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
4) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.

Timberlake Condo Rules

Rules for Renters

  1. Maximum occupancy is 4 people per condo, including minor children and infants.
  2. No pets of any kind are allowed anywhere on Timberlake Association property.
  3. Barbecues:
    • Barbecues are provided on the beach and in the picnic area near the parking lot.
    • Unit A‑4 has an electric BBQ on the patio.
    • No other barbecues are allowed at individual rental units.
  4. Amenity use is limited to 4 people per rental unit.
    • This includes the parking lot, pool, beach, dock, and all common areas.
    • The total number of users may not exceed 4, whether they are rental occupants or a combination of occupants and their off‑site guests.
  5. Failure to comply with these rules, Timberlake HOA Rules & Regulations, or Boat Dock Rules may result in immediate eviction as stated in the Renter Registration form.

Rules for Owners and Renters

1. Smoking

  • Timberlake Condominiums is a smoke‑free and tobacco‑free property.
  • No smoking is allowed in units, on decks, or in any community areas including the pool, beach, dock, and parking lots.

2. Parking

  • Only one vehicle per unit may be parked in the main parking lot next to the condos.
  • No RVs, boats, or trailers are allowed in the main parking lot.
  • Parking for RVs, boats, and trailers is available across the street in the unpaved lot on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
  • The driving lane in the main lot must remain clear for emergency vehicles. Any vehicle blocking access may be towed at the owner’s expense.

3. Noise

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
    • Noise should not be heard outside your unit during these hours.
    • Guests in common areas are expected to remain quiet as well.
  • If noise becomes disruptive after 10:00 p.m., guests may contact the McCall Police Department at 208‑634‑2211.

The parking lot is open parking and each condo is dedicated 2 spaces. Park wherever is open!

Our condo is a studio with a hide-a-bed in the wall that can sleep 2 and a large sectional for additional sleeping space if needed.

We have a traditional drip coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.

This property is equipped with a smart Tv in the living room. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. 

We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. 
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
 
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
 
Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
 
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
