We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

How to access the property

Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.

Check-in time is 4PM unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.

ARRIVING:
When arriving at 395 South 3rd East Street youll see the single story apartment building in the listing photos with white siding and green trim, plus turf in the front yard. Your apartment is the middle one facing 3rd St.

Simply park your vehicle in front of the house and we have an electronic lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!

To use the deadbolt door lock, youll type in the code 123456 and then click and hold the top button for about 5 seconds. Youll hear the door unlock at this time. It is a little sticky depending on time of year with the door shifting in different temps, so please be patient with it and let us know if you have any questions!

Checkout Information

Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room/bedrooms.
2) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are either outside or in the garage.
3) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
4) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
5) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.
6) Being that this is a pet friendly home, be sure to pick up any remains in the yard so that future guests do not have to deal with these. Failure to do this will be a fee of $80 to have us do it for you. This is not included in your reservation as we do not charge extra for you to bring your pets.

House Rules

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected.  We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it. 

1. No House Parties
2. Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy.  You may smoke/vape outside.  Smoke remediation fees start at $1000
3. Please clean up excessive messes, we’ll take care of the rest

Parking

There is free street parking available right in front of the home, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).

Sleeping

Our apartment comes with 3 bedrooms – 3 queen sized beds. This provides 6 total sleeping spaces in the home

Coffee

We have a traditional drip coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.

Garbage

Please note garbage day is every Wednesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. 

TV

This property is equipped with a smart Tv in the living room. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. 

Washing Machine & Dryer

We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are at the back of the apartment next to the back door. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

Mail/Packages While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times. For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option. Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you. Items Left Behind In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items. We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
