Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 7838 Holt ct, you will find a house off-white siding and a walking path to the left.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
2) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
3) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back back/side doosr, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on bottom of the e-lock keypad.
4) Being that this is a pet friendly home, be sure to pick up any of your pet waste in the yard. Failure to do this will be a fee of $80 to have us do it for you. This is not included in your reservation as we do not charge extra for you to bring your pets.

You are welcome to use the half of the garage that doesnt have the ping pong table if you can fit, as well as the driveway has a good length to it to fit a few vehicles.
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms – 1 King bed on the main floor, 1 queen bed upstairs, a bunk bed with double bed top and bottom, and also a trundle that pulls out from underneat.
We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Tuesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The garbage cans are in the garage, please return them here later on Tuesday if you’re able to..
This property is equipped with full smart TVs in the living room, and every bedroom. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live tv option through Roku Tv, and access hundreds of Channels.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are next to the kitchen and garage. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
