Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 165 Heath Dr, you will find a good sized lot, with an RV on the right side gravel, a large grassy area and a gazebo towards the back left. We have a photo of this in our house manual we send you as well which I would recommend looking at/screenshotting ahead of time as phone service is very spotty in the area.
Feel free to park out front of the fence anywhere in the gravel, or opening the gate fully to pull in. We may be adding a second RV at some point, so this option may go away at that point.
After parking, you will go to the door of the RV where you’ll see a lockbox on the handrail. Use the code we sent you to unlock this, and use the key to open the door. First, unlock the bottom right keyhole, then use the same key in the top left one to pull the handle and open the door. We recommend placing the key back in the lockbox anytime you leave the property to avoid losing it and costing a decent amount to replace it.
Checkout time is 11AM
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the bathroom.
2) Place TV remote back on the TV stand and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
3) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
4) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the front door and put the key back in the lockbox as you depart.

Plenty of parking space in front of the property, there shouldn’t be any issues finding room for your vehicles
Our suite comes with 1 Queen sized bed and a tri fold couch in the living area. You can comfortably sleep 3 people, and possibly 2 on the fold out if they are smaller and/or children.
There is a trash can just outside the fence you can use and our cleaning crew will take this to the dump after checkout.
We have a Keurig style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
This property is equipped with a 2 TVs with rokus plugged in. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live TV option through Roku TV, and access hundreds of Channels.
Lawn care is done weekly at the property. We will usually try to have this done while nobody is staying, but in the event they need to do it while you’re there, they will be quick and out of the way.
Unfortunately with it being an RV, we dont have the ability to have washing machine/dryer on site. The closest laundromat that we know of is in McCall, so we would suggest packing to plan that you cant wash your clothes during your stay.

Mail/Packages While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times. Plus, many delivery services wont deliver here at all. For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option. Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you. Items Left Behind In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items. We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
