Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 11 Hannah Ln, simply park your vehicle in front of the townhouse. Once inside the house, you can use the garage for an extra parking space or the driveway if needed. Please make sure not to block any other houses parking spaces/access.
To access the home, you will need to head up to the front door. We have an electronic lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus! To gain entry to the house, enter the door code we sent you and the door will open!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room/bedrooms.
2) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
4) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
5) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on bottom of the e-lock.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home. We typically dont hear of anyone having issues finding a spot for their car!
Our suite comes with 2 bedrooms – 2 queen beds as well as a large sofa if you decide to have someone sleep there.
We have both Keurig style and traditional drip coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Thursday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the alleyway, just outside the garage for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day.
This property is equipped with smart TVs for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the front next to the kitchen and garage. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
