Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 52051 Falcon Chase, you will find a 2 story house with white siding.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house (driveway or street) and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

PARKING:
There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well driveway or garage if you wish. The garage will need to be opened from the inside each time as we do not provide a garage door opener at this home.
SLEEPING:
Our suite comes with 5 bedrooms – 1 King and 4 queen beds as well as a large sofa if you decide to have someone sleep there.
WASHING MACHINE & DRYER:
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the front next to the kitchen and garage. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
TV:
This property is equipped with smart TVs for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows.
POOL:
The pool is opened in the 3rd week of May each year and will be open until the end of September. Our pool/spa company comes by once per week to clean and sanitize and ensure everything is working properly. This is typically on Thursday or Fridays, so be aware they may come by while you’re there, but they are usually quick.
Also keep in mind, the pool will likely get leaves/small animals in it during your stay. Frogs are super common, just use the net to get them out when you’re able to.
HOT TUB:
The hot tub is open year round. Our maintenance cleans and checks chemicals in this frequently as well.
