Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not
have a problem.
Check-in time is 4PM unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.
ARRIVING:
When arriving at 1432 S Euclid, you will find a 4 similar homes in a row on the corner. This is the second home on the right with numbers 1432 on the front.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup! This code works on the front and back door.
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
2) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
3) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back back/side door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on bottom of the e-lock keypad.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).Parking in front of the home requires a parking pass. We have 2 at the house that are laminated yellow pieces of paper. Feel free to place in your dash during your stay to avoid a ticket, but make sure it is returned upon checkout. Loss of a parking pass is a $50 charge from the city.
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms – 2 Queen beds, and a full sized bed.
We have both Keurig style and traditional drip coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
The hot tub is yours to enjoy during your stay! Hot tub maintenance comes by Fridays to clean and make sure the chemicals and PH balance are correct. Please let us know if anything looks off with it, or if it needs additional cleaning. We have our cleaning crew check this after every guest as well.
To connect to the bluetooth speaker: First – press music/audio on the control panel. Wait until you hear sound from the speakers. Open the Bluetooth devices menu on you mobile device. Look for SC012345 in the list of devices. select “Pair”. Volume is controlled from your mobile device.

Please note garbage day is every Tuesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The garbage cans are just outside the back fence next to the garage, and you can move them to the alleyway to be picked up.
This property is equipped with full smart Tvs in the living room and the master bedroom. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live tv option through LG Tv, and access hundreds of Channels.
Our lawn care company comes by Friday mornings/early afternoon. They are quick to mow and be out of your way.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are downstairs in the bathroom by the back door. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
