Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 1542 S Denver Ave, you will find a large house, with big windows in the front, and another house pretty close to the left.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
2) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
3) Place the parking passes back on the counter in the kitchen and please send us a photo of them in order to avoid any charges of them being lost. The city charges us $50 to replace, and we pass that on to the person that lost them.
4) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back back/side doosr, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on bottom of the e-lock keypad.
5) Being that this is a pet friendly home, be sure to pick up any of your pet waste in the yard. Failure to do this will be a fee of $80 to have us do it for you. This is not included in your reservation as we do not charge extra for you to bring your pets.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as a garage in the back, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).Parking in front of the home requires a parking pass. We have 2 at the house that are laminated yellow pieces of paper. Feel free to place in your dash during your stay to avoid a ticket, but make sure it is retured upon checkout. Loss of a parking pass is a $50 charge from the city.
If you are to use the garage, there will be garage door openers in the kitchen. The garage door openers are available for you to use during your stay.
If garage door opener, or the key is lost, we will have to charge you to replace those items.
Our suite comes with 4 bedrooms – 1 King bed on the main floor, 2 queen beds upstairs, and 2 twin beds in one room upstairs. We also have a pullout couch in the second living room, and you can find the sheets and blankets for that in the room with two twins.
The hot tub is yours to enjoy during your stay! Hot tub maintenance comes by Fridays to clean and make sure the chemicals and PH balance are correct. Please let us know if anything looks off with it, or if it needs additional cleaning. We have our cleaning crew check this after every guest as well.

We have both Keurig style and traditional drip coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Tuesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The garbage cans are just outside the back fence next to the garage, and you can move them to the alleyway to be picked up.
The outdoor fire pit is a gas fire pit, and is very specific on how to start it up and run it. Here are the instructions:
1. you will make sure to grab the long lighter out of the drawer in the kitchen closest to the mini fridge (please return it here when done).
2. Go to the back of the fire pit outside, where you will see a gas valve sticking out.
3. Light the lighter just above the glass rocks where the fire will be.
4. Turn the gas valve to open it up, and the lighter should light it. Make sure if it doesn’t light right away, turn the gas off and start over, otherwise you may have too much initial flame with gas running for too long.
5. Make sure when you are done, you turn the pit off by closing the gas valve in the back.
This property is equipped with full smart Tvs in both living rooms, and every bedroom. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live tv option through LG Tv, and access hundreds of Channels.
Our lawn care company comes by Friday mornings/early afternoon. They are quick to mow and be out of your way.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are at the top of the stairs in that small room. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
