Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 30 Charters Cir, you will find an orange home with the number 30 above the garage. Make sure you dont go to 30 charters drive in a different part of the neighborhood.
You are welcome to park in the driveway, or the garage for your stay. Please do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. There is no garage door opener and we do not provide a code for the keypad. If you wish to use the garage you will need to manually shut and and open it inside.
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room/bedrooms.
2) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are in the garage.
4) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
5) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on bottom of the e-lock.
7) Being that this is a pet friendly home, be sure to pick up any remains in the yard so that future guests do not have to deal with these. Failure to do this will be a fee of $80 to have us do it for you. This is not included in your reservation as we do not charge extra for you to bring your pets.

There is free driveway parking available right in front of the home as well as a garage, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s). We do not have garage door openers, nor do we provide the code. However, you can open the garage door from inside the garage if you choose to park there.
Our suite comes with 4 bedrooms – Equipped 3 king beds and 1 queen.
The hot tub is yours to enjoy during your stay! Hot tub maintenance comes by Tuesdays to clean and make sure the chemicals and PH balance are correct. Please let us know if anything looks off with it, or if it needs additional cleaning. We have our cleaning crew check this after every guest as well.
We have both Keurig style and traditional drip coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Wednesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day please.
We have smart tvs in the living room, loft room and master, Simply press one of the apps and login on the tv for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the front next to the master and garage. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
