Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 9297 W Calico, you will find a tan/green house with a red front door.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house (driveway or street) and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
2) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
3) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back back/side doosr, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on bottom of the e-lock keypad.
4) Being that this is a pet friendly home, be sure to pick up any of your pet waste in the yard. Failure to do this will be a fee of $80 to have us do it for you. This is not included in your reservation as we do not charge extra for you to bring your pets.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as a driveway, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).
Garage access will not be given during your stay.
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms – 1 King, 1 queen bed and full. The couch in the living room is also a pretty good size for someone to use for a night.
We have both Keurig style and traditional drip coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Wednesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The cans are located to the left side of the house if you are facing the street. The code for the gate is 9297 to get the cans out.
This property is equipped with smart TVs for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows.
Our lawn care company comes by on Tuesdays. They are usually pretty quick to be done and get out of your way.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the front next to the front door and garage. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
