Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 2279 S Bear Claw Way, you will find a large 2 story house with Blue and Grey siding.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
Checkout time is 10AM
1) Place TV remote back on the TV stand and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
2) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
3) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the front door by hitting the button on bottom of the e-lock.
1. If we have to move furniture back to its original position after your stay, we will have to charge $50 per hour to do so. Please just move the furniture back before your departure.
2. No smoking/vaping inside the home. Outside is okay as long as you clean up after yourself and you keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smell is extremely difficult and expensive to remove. Smoking Fee starts at $500 and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell.
3. This is a pet free home. Please leave your furry friends behind when visiting our place.
4. Absolutely no parties allowed in the home.
5. Quiet time is between 10PM and 8AM to respect neighbors and the area. No loud music/shouting etc. after this time.
6. Early check-ins will have a fee associated. Typically $30-50, but may be more depending on how early you want to check in.
7. We cannot offer late checkout at our properties. Checkout time is set to be the latest possible that will still allow our cleaning company time to get the property ready for the next check-in time. Unapproved late checkout fee is $50 for every 30 minutes, plus any refunds/charges that the next guest occurs due to your late checkout.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as plenty of driveway space, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s). Unfortunately no garage access is provided at the property.
There is also a parking lot a couple houses down if you need extra space for vehicles.
Our suite comes with 4 bedrooms and an office – sleeping arrangements include 3 queen beds, 1 in the master and 2 in the second room upstairs. 1 queen bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom, a futon and large couch in the movie room, there is extra padding for the futon there too if you wish to use it. Lastly, a fold out couch in the downstairs office.
There is padding for this is well inside the L shaped portion of the couch. To expand the couch, pull the tab on the right (wider) side of the couch, and the additional section will come out to create a bed.
The hot tub is yours to enjoy during your stay! Hot tub maintenance comes by Wednesdays to clean and make sure the chemicals and PH balance are correct. Please let us know if anything looks off with it, or if it needs additional cleaning. We have our cleaning crew check this after every guest as well.
Operating Instructions For The BBQ/Smoker
**Make sure there are plenty of pellets in the hopper before turning it on!
Flip the switch on the front of the hopper and let it cycle until you see a temperature show up in the display (Usually it starts by displaying a temperature close to what it is outside)
Once you see a temperature displayed, go ahead and bump it up to your desired temperature. It will automatically raise the temperature to 150.
When done using it, bump the temperature all the way down until you see the word “fan” displayed. This will start the cooling down process.
Once it is cooled down, go ahead and flip the switch off and put the cover back on
**If you hear it making a beeping sound, that means there are not enough pellets in the hopper. Please do not let it run without pellets in the hopper!
We have a keurig style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Tuesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The garbage cans are just outside the back fence next to the garage, and you can move them out to the street through the gate there..
This property is equipped with full smart Tvs in both living rooms, and every bedroom. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live tv option through roku Tv, and access hundreds of Channels.
Projector Operating Instructions
-To Raise or Lower the Screen, Use the Black Switch Located Next to the Light Switches. Once the Screen is in the Position, Put the Switch into the Neutral Position.
-Turn on Projector (White Epson Remote)
-Turn on Stereo (Black Sony Remote)
“Make sure to select Video or TV to Connect to the Roku
-Use the Roku Remote to Stream
*Roku Receiver is Located Above the Stereo. You Need to Point the Remote Towards the Stereo to Operate the Roku.
***Please Be Sure to Turn Off the Projector When Done Watching. This Will Help Prolong the Bulb Life. To Shut it Off, Push the Power Button 2 Times. Thank You!!

The washer and dryer are upstairs at the end of the hallway opposite the master. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
