Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 7302 Bay Meadows Dr, you will find a Brown house with Tan siding.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house (driveway or street) and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room/bedrooms.
2) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are either outside or in the garage.
4) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
5) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as a driveway and a garage , you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).
We do not provide a garage door opener or code, but you’re welcome to use the garage with the button inside.
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms – 2 queen beds and a bunk bed, as well as a good sized couch in the living room if someone chooses to sleep there.
We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Friday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bins out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day.
This property is equipped with smart TVs for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows.
Our lawn care company comes by Mondays. There is not a gate in the fence, so they have to use the garage in order to get to the backyard, but they are quick to mow and be out of your way!
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are next to the kitchen and garage. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
