Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 623 Autumn pl, you will find a single-story, single-family home with white siding.
You are welcome to park in the driveway, or any open street parking that you find. You are also welcomed to use the garage, but we do not provide a code, you will just have to use the button from inside the garage to open it or use the garage opener provided inside the home.
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

PARKING:
There is enough space for 2 cars in the driveway, 2 in the garage, and then plenty of street parking as well. Like mentioned above, initially you will need to get the garage door opener from inside or use the button inside the garage. We do provide a garage door opener inside, and we ask that you please make sure it stays at the property when your reservation is over. The cost for replacement is $50 if this is lost.
SLEEPING:
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms – Equipped with 1 queen bed, 1 full and 2 single beds. There is also a decent sized sofa in the living room if you need an extra spot.
COFFEE MAKER:
We have a Keurig style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
WASHING MACHINE & DRYER:
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are next to the kitchen. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL:
Garbage is picked up every Monday morning (Tuesday if after a holiday) so we ask that you please take the trash cans out to the road if your stay overlaps on this day.
TV:
This property is equipped with a Smart TV. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
LAWN CARE:
Our lawn care company comes by Mondays. They are quick to mow and be out of your way.
