Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
Check-in time is 4PM (or anytime after) unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.
ARRIVING:
When arriving at 1173 W Anton:
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house (driveway or street) and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
2) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
3) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back back/side door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on bottom of the e-lock keypad.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as a driveway and garage, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms – 1 King, 2 fulls and The couch in the living room is also a pretty good size for someone to use for sleeping.
We have both Keurig style and traditional drip coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Thursday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The cans are either in the garage, or to the side of the house by the garage outside.
We have a propane fire pit out back that you are welcome to use. Please ensure when you have finished using it, the propane tank is turned to the off position, and let us know if it is getting low or empty so we can do our best to replace it quickly!
This property is equipped with smart TVs in every room for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the hall next to the garage. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
