We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

This page is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more! Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.

  • Check-In any time after 4 pm

When arriving at 2126 S Alaska Way, you will find a off-white/tan colored 2-story house.

Simply park your vehicle in front of the house (driveway or street) and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus! To gain entry to the house, enter the door code we sent you and the door will open!

(The lock is on a timer and only works from the normal check-in time to the normal check-out time unless we have already agreed on different times)

PLEASE NOTE:
– IMPORTANT: If you have children with you, the upstairs bedroom has a ledge above the stairs that they could climb on and has decent height to it. Please be careful to not let your children play on this. The owners and management company are not liable for injuries due to negligence in this area.
-The electronic lock does not automatically lock, so be sure to lock it behind you any time you enter or exit the home.

HOUSE RULES

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected.  We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it. 

  1. This is a NON- SMOKING home. If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home we will be collecting a minimum of $750 fine from the damage deposit.
  2. Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 9 PM and 9 AM.
  3. Please seek approval from us for any extra overnight guests who were not included in your original booking. Due to insurance requirements, only registered guests are allowed in the home.
  4. We do not allow parties or large gatherings of any kind at this home.
  5. Lastly, this is a pet free home, and we appreciate that you keep it that way. We have plenty of guests with allergies and want to make sure we are providing a comfortable safe space for them to stay.

PARKING:
There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as a driveway and the main garage, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s). We do provide a garage door opener in the home for you to use and ask this please be returned to the kitchen counter upon departure.

The third car garage is locked and off limits for storage.

SLEEPING:
Our suite comes with 4 bedrooms – 1 King 2 queen beds and a full size.

WASHING MACHINE & DRYER:
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the laundry room by the garage. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL:
Please note garbage day is every Tuesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The bins should be in the backyard on the south side of the house.

TV:
This property is equipped with smart TVs in the master and living room. They have complimentary Netflix on them, and you are also welcome to log into your own streaming services. Just make sure to log out at the end of your stay.

FIREPLACE:
To turn on the fireplace, simply turn the dial on the wall to the left, to the desired time that you wish to have the fire on. Please do not move the gas key on the floor unless there is an emergency, as this will un-light the pilot, and we will need to have someone come back out to light it again.

OUTDOOR GRILL INSTRUCTIONS: 
To start the grill outside, first you will need to turn on the gas from the house. There is a gas valve next to the grill on the outside of the house, turn this valve to point horizontally to open the valve, and vertically to close it. Once opened, you can then turn the gas valve on the front of the grill to the desired time and light it. Please ensure to close both valves when you are not using the grill, and scrape the grill while it is still hot in order to clean it for next use. 

Tongs and Spatula for the BBQ are in the kitchen drawers inside.

OUTDOOR LAWN MAINTENANCE AND EQUIPMENT:
Our lawn care company comes by every Tuesday to take care of the yard. Do not be surprised to see them.
The outdoor furniture cushions and umbrella are located in the closet in the office near the front door. Feel free to use during your stay, please return them to the closet when you are done to help avoid weather damage.

MAIL/PACKAGES:
While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
 
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
 
Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.
 
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND:
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
 
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
