Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
Access to the gate is via an app on your phone. Please send me the names and email addresses of anyone wanting gate and amenity access at the property prior to your arrival. I will send this info over to the HOA who will grant you access. They will send you an email that comes from ProDataKey that you will need to take a couple minutes to complete, and then youll be good to go. (This will also allow you to access the amenities like the pool, spa, gym etc.)
If you have not completed the app activation yet when you arrive, you can type in the gate code 170. The gate will then call my phone which I have to answer and allow access to the property. If you are going to do this, please give me a heads up so I can be ready for the call. I am not available 24/7, so try to use this as a backup plan only.
Once you are through the gate, head to unit #1075 which is located in building 19.
When arriving, feel free to park in any uncovered spot or utilize the garage number 1801. garage door opener inside the home.
At the condo, you will see an electronic Schlage installed in the deadbolt section of the door. To gain entry to the house, enter the door code we sent you and the door will open!
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

All uncovered parking spaces are available as first come first serve. Please do not take up a covered spot as you will be towed.
We also have an assigned garage, number (1801). Once you have checked into the property, you will be able to use the garage door opener provided to access this garage.
Our suite comes with 1 King bed in the bedroom, and 1 futon/fold out couch in the living room. This has the capacity to sleep 4 total people in the unit, but the couch is not large, and we wouldnt recommend trying to fit 2 people on it for extended lengths of time.
Washing Machine and Dryer:
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard
To discard your garbage, please take it to the dumpster located across the street just outside the front door of the condo.
Pool/Hot Tub/Gym areas:
For access to the amenities in the complex, you will need to send me email addresses of everyone that wants access. When I have received these, I will send the emails over to the HOA and request access. After that, you will receive an email with instructions of how to download the app and use your phone to open gates and doors in the complex.
This can take up to 24 hours to get a response from the HOA, so make sure to send the emails to me ASAP
