We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

This page is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more! Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not
have a problem.

Check-in time is 4PM unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.

ARRIVING:
When arriving at 491 East Avenue North, you will find a house with white siding and brown, wood shutters.

Simply park your vehicle in front of the house just off the street and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!

To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!

PLEASE NOTE:

-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.

-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.

To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.

Checkout time is 11AM

Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room/bedrooms.
2) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are either outside or in the garage.
4) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
5) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected.  We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

  3. Strict no smoking or vaping policy. Smoke remediation fees start at $1000
  4. More beach towels are available for rent at Banbury and Miracle Hot Springs. Please do not remove bath towels from the house.
  5. Please clean up excessive messes, we’ll take care of the rest

You’re welcome to park anywhere along the gravel driveaway to the left side of the house, by the fence. Please avoid parking on the water meter cover near the street where marked by flags. Please do not park on the dirt areas or areas flagged, as these are being prepared for landscape.

We have 2 queen beds and 2 twin sized beds in the home to accommodate up to 6 guests.

NEW! Mini-split AC/Heat units have been recently installed for comfort. To use, locate the white Samsung remote, on the TV stand in the family room. The remote is universal and can operate any of the 3 wall units in the family room, dining room or kitchen. Hit the power button once and ensure it says “Auto” and then use the /\ or \/ (up or down) arrows to adjust the temp. Please ensure the remote is returned to the bowl under the TV before you leave. The unit operates best when set between 68-74 degrees. Please ensure all units and bedroom fans are switched to “OFF” whenever you leave the house and before checking out. Heat: The heat can be controlled by the units in family room, dining room and kitchen wall. You’ll find the We’ve found it easiest to set at 69F and leave it while at home.

Please, PLEASE flush nothing but toilet paper. Trash bins are provided for all other items, including excess toilet paper and ALL feminine products (even ones that are flushable) as they will clog our septic system and may cause toilets to overflow.

We have a Standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.

Trash can be placed in the gray garbage bin out front.

Dishes, pots/pans and small appliances can be found in the upper cabinets. Silverware and cooking utensils are in the drawers.

PLEASE do not cut directly on the butcher block countertops -numerous cutting boards are provided.

This property is equipped with a smart TV for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows.

We have lawn maintenance done weekly, they are usually quick to mow and be out of your way!

We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
 
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
 
Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
 
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
