There is room for two cars to park in the driveway front to back. Again, make sure not to hit the blue well pipe when parking, so try to center it under your vehicle to have your wheels on each side.
There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen pullout sleeper sofa in the living room, a futon near the dining room as well as a queen bed in the second bedroom to accommodate 6 guests total. The linens for the sleeper sofa are in the master bedroom closet.
We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please dispose of any food/drinks in the trash and close the bag. Our cleaners will dispose of the trash bags. For longer stays you can bring the trash out to the garbage bins on the other side of the fence in the backyard.
This property has Roku setup on the TV for all your streaming needs. Follow the prompts on the screen to login with Roku and have access to all the major streaming services you typically use.
The stereo should be synced with the TV and everything should work with the Roku remote. In the off chance that they are not synced use the individual remotes for both the TV and stereo receiver to set the TV to HDMI 2 and the stereo to HDMI 1 (Remotes located on top shelf).
The pellet stove is a great way to add some extra heat to the house during the cold months. Pellets for the stove can be purchased at big box hardware stores like Lowes and Home Depot. Before operating the stove read the directions on the inside of the lid shown below in the picture or scan the QR code to watch videos on how to operate safely.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
