Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
Check-in time is 4PM (or anytime after) unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.
ARRIVING:
When arriving at 10130 W Brownstone Dr:
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house (driveway or street) and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
2) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are outside
3) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
4) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
5) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as a driveway, and one spot in the garage if you wish. You should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s). We do have a garage door opener in the home, loss of this will be a fee of $50 to replace it and connect a new one to the system in the garage.
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms and a den – 1 King, 1 queen bed, a twin bunk and additional twin in the 3rd bedroom, along with a queen sized air mattress in the den. The couch in the living room is also a pretty good size for someone to use for a night.
The hot tub has a control panel on the left side as you get in that controls heat, jets and lights. You can turn on jets 1 and 2 with 2 power settings, then to add more power, there are 3 dials located around the edges of the tub that twist and open the valves more.
Hot Tub maintenance comes by every Tuesday to sanitize the water and check acidity levels. Sometimes you may see some discoloration for a short time after they were there. This would be due to the chemicals they added to balance the PH.
We have a Keurig style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Wednesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The cans should be located just outside the garage door in the back yard.
We have a small metal fire pit that you can use if youd like! Insurance does not allow us to provide firewood, but there is a gas station just around the corner that usually has plenty!
This property is equipped with smart TVs for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows.
Our lawn care company comes by on Fridays. They are usually pretty quick to be done and get out of your way.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the front next to the front door and garage. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
