We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

This page is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more! Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.

  • Check-In any time after 4 pm

Check-in time is 4PM unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.

ARRIVING:
When arriving at203 6th Ave South Apt #3, you will find a two story, multi family home with white siding.

Parking, we recommend using a space in the parking lot along the backside of the home in between the house and subway. 

After parking, you will go to the front of the house and up the wood stairs to the upstairs entrance of the apartment. On the door, we have an electronic lock installed in the deadbolt position.

To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!

PLEASE NOTE:

-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.

-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.

To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.

Checkout time is 11am. If you’re able to, please follow the steps below. These are not mandatory, however our cleaning crew would greatly appreciate any help you provide her!

Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the bathroom.
2) Load all used dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are located in the alleyway.
4) Place TV remote back on the TV stand and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
5) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the front door by hitting the button on bottom of the e-lock.

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected.  We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

  3. Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy.  You may smoke/vape outside.  Smoke remediation fees start at $1000
  4. Please clean up excessive messes, we’ll take care of the rest

There is a parking lot next to the home that is part of the property. Feel free to take a space there, or park along 6th ave in front of the home. Keep in mind during winter, there are many slide outs on that corner, so we wouldnt recommend it if you dont want any dings to your car.

Our suite comes with 1 Queen sized bed and a full sized futon in the living area. If using the futon, please pull it away from the wall slightly before laying it back in order to avoid putting holes/scratches in the wall.

We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and a reusable filter. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.

We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are next to the kitchen. We provide detergent for your convenience.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

Please note garbage day is every Wednesday morning. Please take garbage out to the bins near the parking lot for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The bin furthest from the power pole is yours, the one closer is reserved for the downstairs tenants.

This property is equipped with a full smart TV. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live TV option through Roku TV, and access hundreds of Channels.

While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
 
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
 
Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
 
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
