Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 421 Pennsylvania Ave:
READ CAREFULLY: Simply park your vehicle on the street somewhere you can find space. Busy times may be hard to find it. When you get to the front door of the house, we have an electronic lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus! To gain entry to the suite, simply enter your door code that we sent you and the lock will open.
Make sure to grab the parking pass in the home and place it in your vehicle so that you do not get a ticket.
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place the parking pass on the coffee table or kitchen counter and send me a photo of it. Reminder, loss of this will be a minimum $50 charge plus any tickets our next guest receives during the time it takes to get a replacement. We do NOT want to charge you for this, so make sure it is back where it goes.
2) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
3) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
4) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the front door as you depart.

Parking is available in front of the home along the street. You can park anywhere where the curb is blue. The city has given us 1 parking pass for the house. This pass need to be in your vehicle in order to avoid receiving a ticket.
*Lost pass* Please make sure to leave the parking pass back on the counter at departure. If these are taken with you, or lost during your stay, there is a minimum fee by the city of $50 to replace it, plus any tickets that a guest receives after your stay until we are able to get a replacement pass.
If you arrive and the pass is not at the house, please let us know right away!
*Additional parking*: If you need to park more than 1 vehicles, there is a parking garage just up the road that most people have said works well for them. It is approximately a 9 minute walk to the house from here.

Our suite comes with 4 bedrooms with 4 full size beds.
We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Please note garbage day is every Tuesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day.
This property is equipped with roku’s in the TVs for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for streaming movies and TV shows. Make sure to log out of your streaming services before you leave. (we will remind you again in the checkout instructions.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and in the second bathroom. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
