Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 1952 E 3400 S, first you will turn off 3400 s onto a dirt road heading north. Take the right road at the very first fork, then left at the next fork, after that you will find a large lot and the house white siding on your left. At night time, there arent any street lights or anything, so it can be a little difficult, but I have attached an overhead and road photo below to try and help.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the garage and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed around the house on the front door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

You are welcome to use the garage, as well as the driveway has a good length to it to fit a few vehicles. We do not provide a garage door opener, but youre welcome to open it from inside and pull your vehicle in.
SLEEPING:
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms – 2 queen beds, a full size bunk bed and then a decent sized couch if someone wants to sleep there.
COFFEE MAKER:
We have a Keurig style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
WASHING MACHINE & DRYER:
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are next to the garage. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
TRASH DISPOSAL:
Trash is a dumpster on the property, they pick this up weekly so there shouldn’t ever be issues with having a place to throw away your garbage.
TV:
This property is equipped with full smart TVs in the living room, and every bedroom. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live tv option through Roku Tv, and access hundreds of Channels.
