Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 2604 N 29th St, you will find a house with gray siding and about 5 steps up to the front porch.
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house just off the street and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus! To gain entry to the house, enter the door code we sent you and the door will open!
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free off street parking available right in front of the home as well as you can go around to the alleyway and park in the driveway in the back if you wish, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s). If you choose to park in the back, keep in mind you’ll still have to walk around front to enter the house.
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms – 1 King, 2 queens and the living room has 2 good sized couches that can be used as well.
WASHING MACHINE & DRYER:
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the hallway before the bedrooms. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
Please note garbage day is every Friday and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the trash can before this if possible. The trash and recycling are in the alleyway behind the home, and need to stay there in order to be picked up.
This property is equipped with smart TVs. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
For liability reasons, we cannot provide fire wood for the fire pit, however there are a few gas stations nearby that sell firewood for only a few dollars. Please make sure to use caution when using the fire pit and keep the flames smaller in order to avoid any potential disasters. Utensils for the fire pit will be kept in the garage on one of the shelves, please return these to their spot when you are done with them.
PING PONG TABLE:
We ask that there is no jumping/climbing/sitting etc on top of the table. These are not cheap or easy to replace, so we ask that you help us keep them in as good of condition as possible. If paddles break, or balls are running low, let us know so we can get new ones there asap!
The door into the garage sometimes sticks a little depending on weather. There is no heat in the garage, so it can feel stuck at times.
Our lawn care company comes by Friday mornings/early afternoon. They are quick to mow and be out of your way.
The hot tub is yours to enjoy during your stay! Hot tub maintenance comes by Fridays to clean and make sure the chemicals and PH balance are correct. Please let us know if anything looks off with it, or if it needs additional cleaning. We have our cleaning crew check this after every guest as well.
We are aware that currently the screen on the control panel of the tub does not work, however the buttons on it still do for jets, heat etc. We are working on getting the panel replaced, but have not been able to do so yet.
