Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 23 E King st, you will find a complex with multiple tan/greytownhomes.
You are assigned one covered parking spot, and any uncovered spots are first come first serve. Your spot is number 23, which is the first spot when you turn in from King St. Simply park your vehicle, and take the sidewalk of the first building facing the road to the last door on the left. You will see the number 23 at the top to know you are at the right door.
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the bedrooms.
2) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage dumpster at the end of the parking lot.
4) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
5) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

Our suite comes with 2 bedrooms – Equipped with 2 queen beds and an oversized sectional couch and pullout sofa sleeper in the living room if needed.
We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
There is a large dumpster at the back of the complex that you are welcome to use anytime.
This property is equipped with a Smart TV. Simply press one of the apps on the TV and login for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. We have complimentary Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN already logged in for you as well. If for some reason one is logged out, let me know and I will help you get it logged in again.
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are next to the kitchen. We provide detergent for your convenience.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
