We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

This page is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more! Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.

  • Check-In any time after 4 pm

When arriving at 523 1/2 18th Ave S, you will find a two story, multi family home with gray siding.

You can park your vehicle along the street wherever you can find, just make sure not to block driveways of other homes.

After parking, you will go to the right side of the house (North side) closest to the neighbors fence and you will see a set of stairs leading up to the back door. At the door, you will see the numbers 1/2 and a keyless entry deadbolt lock with a keypad.

To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!

PLEASE NOTE:

-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.

-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.

To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.

Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the bathroom.
2) Load all used dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is
located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are outside the front door.
4) Place TV remote back on the TV stand and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
5) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the front door by hitting the button on bottom of the e-lock.

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected.  We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There is free street parking available right in front of the home for you to use. There are usually a few open spots to choose from

Our suite comes with 1 full sized bed.

We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream ,sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.

Please note garbage day is every Wednesday morning and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pick up if your stay overlaps on this day. The garbage cans are just outside the front door of the unit.

This property is equipped with a full smart Tv. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live tv option through Roku Tv, and access hundreds of Channels.

Our lawn care company comes by Mondays. They are quick to mow and be out of your way.

We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are next to the front door. We provide detergent for your convenience.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.

For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.

Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.

In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.

We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
