We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

This page is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more! Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not
have a problem.

Check-in time is 4PM unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.

ARRIVING:
When arriving at 1603 N 29th St, you will find a corner house with tan/yellow siding.

Simply park your vehicle in front of the house just off the street and we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!

To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.

To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.

Check Out Procedure:
1) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
2) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
3) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back back/side doosr, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on bottom of the e-lock keypad.
4) Being that this is a pet friendly home, be sure to pick up any remains in the yard so that future guests do not have to deal with these. Failure to do this will be a fee of $80 to have us do it for you. This is not included in your reservation as we do not charge extra for you to bring your pets.

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected.  We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

  2. Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy.  You may smoke/vape outside.  Smoke remediation fees start at $1000
  3. Please clean up excessive messes, we’ll take care of the rest

There is free off street parking available right in front of the home as well as you can go around and park in the driveway in the back if you wish, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s). If you choose to park in the back, keep in mind you’ll still have to walk around front to enter the house.

Our suite comes with 4 bedrooms – 3 queen sized beds and 3 twins.

We have a Keurig style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.

Please note garbage day is every Friday and to please take garbage and recycling bags out to the trash can before this if possible. The trash and recycling are behind the home, and need to be taken to the road for pickup.

This property is equipped with a smart TV. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.

Our lawn care company comes by Friday mornings/early afternoon. They are quick to mow and be out of your way.

We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer downstairs near the back of the home. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
 
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
 
Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
 
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
