We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

This page is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more! Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not
have a problem.

Check-in time is 4PM unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.

ARRIVING:
When arriving at 502 S 15th St unit 103, you will find a townhouse complex with yellow stucco siding.

Simply park your vehicle in front of the house on 15th street, or if you want the gated covered space, follow the parking instructions below to access that. To enter the house, we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!

To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup! This code works on the front and back door.

PLEASE NOTE:

-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.

-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.

To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.

Check Out Procedure:
1) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
2) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
3) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back back/side doosr, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on bottom of the e-lock keypad.

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected.  We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

  3. Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy.  You may smoke/vape outside.  Smoke remediation fees start at $1000

There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as a gated covered space in the back, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).
If you are to use the gated space, head around to the alleyway behind the condos. You will see a keypad on the left side/driver side of the alleyway, type in the code 1201 and the gate will open. Head through and park in space 3, the door directly in front of you will be the back entrance to the house. Your door code will work on this as well.

Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms – 3 queen beds. We also have a couch in the living room if you wish to have someone sleep there during their stay.

We have a Keurig style coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.

The garbage is out the back door near the gate of the parking lot. Walk over to the gate and look to your right, through that door are the trash cans/dumpster you can use.

This property is equipped with a smart tv in the living room. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login, for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live tv option through roku Tv, and access hundreds of Channels.

We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are at the top of the stairs in the closet. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.

*USPS deliveries will not make it to you. If you have a letter or package arriving to the mailbox, please call the post office and have them hold it at their hub for you to pick up. The property has a keyed mailbox, and we do not provide the key, nor are we able to come open the box during your stay.*
 
For normal package deliveries, those should be left at the door without an issue, however we cannot guarantee the delivery of those, so we recommend that you make sure to provide accurate instructions to the delivery person if you’re going to order something.
 
Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
 
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
