Please follow these directions, step-by-step to get into the house and you should not have a problem.
When arriving at 4713 Wildrye Dr, you will find a townhouse style home with yellow siding. It is hard to see the house numbers from the road until you pull into the parking lot by the 2 garage doors. Any open spaces against the concrete wall opposite the garage doors are free parking, so you can park anywhere there during your stay.
To enter the home, go through the gate to the left side of the garage door where 4713 is posted on the wall. From there we have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay – bonus!
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock, this will light the keypad up. Then, type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock. No keys needed for this setup!
PLEASE NOTE:
-The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes.
-Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt. It is a wifi lock, you will not be using any lockboxes or keys at any point during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore that, and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen, this will light up the keypad for you to see better. Then type the code we provided you, and the door will automatically unlock. If you get a red X when typing the code, it is common that a wrong number was accidentally pressed. Try it again and it will likely work. If it still doesn’t, please shoot us a message so we can quickly check the lock and see what the error is.
Check Out Procedure:
1) Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room/bedrooms.
2) Load all dishes in the dishwasher and cycle through. Dishwasher detergent is located underneath the kitchen sink.
3) Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins that are just outside the front door.
4) Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
5) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock.
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

There are free parking spaces along the road to the home as well as the parking lot next to the garage of the house where you can park anywhere along the concrete wall, you should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).
The neighborhood does have a 72 hour limit to vehicles, this would only be for vehicles not being moved at all. If youre driving it every couple days, or just move it spots occasionally, youll be just fine.
Our suite comes with 2 bedrooms – 1 King and 1 queen. We also have 1 queen air mattress, 1 twin air mattress, and the living room couch is quite large for additional sleeping spaces you can use. The air mattress is in the hall closet closest to the living room.
We have both Keurig style and traditional drip coffee maker in the property. We do provide some generic flavors along with standard cream sugar and filters. If you want or like anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
The trash and recycling are just inside the fence where you entered. Green bin is only for landscaping waste, please only use the other one for trash. We do not have a recycling bin.
The trash is taken out weekly by our neighbor, so you do not need to worry about taking the can to the street or bringing it back in.
We have a basketball in the hall closet you can use. To get to the public basketball court, go uphill just a little bit from the front door to the other parking lot, and there is a walking path at the end of it. This will lead you over to the court.
This property is equipped with a smart TV in the living room. Simply press one of the apps on the tv and login for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
We have an outdoor fire pit in the front of the house. This is propane powered. To use the fire pit, first open the side table where the propane is located. It is the smaller table with a hose between it and the bigger table. Turn on the propane, then follow the hose to the big table, and you can use the dial on the other end to control the flame. Please make sure to turn off the propane anytime you are done using the fire pit!
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all of our guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart and return home. The washer and dryer are in the hallway before the bedrooms. We provide detergent so you don’t have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
*Please note: If you do use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much build up can be a fire hazard.
